We had food in bar was very good staff was great and helpful. The pool was lovey very nice staff.

Breakfast was OK the two mornings we went down for breakfast on the first morning the guy that met us did not ask if we want coffee so we had to ask for it ,second morning girl did ask but it still never came so we had our breakfast gone and to to her for it.think most people were the same .

Building work still going on a year after my last stay , phase 2 of three completed , does that mean another year ?

Tele didn’t work and it was an executive suite we asked for it to be fixed but the poor girl didn’t have a clue she was only housekeeping ,, so that was bad

Large comfortable room with bath and shower. Great menu in the restaurant and bar. Very pleasant and attentative staff at all levels.

Modern room very clean

The bar food was excellent, the staff were friendly, check in/out was efficient. All in all it was a very nice stay.

There should be a residence bar or drinks availability.

You need sound proof rooms in the executive rooms

Refurbished rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food was good in bar. Staff were courteous and professional.

The television reception and selection was poor in the room. The rooms have been beautifully updated but the TV system was a let down given that they have excellent new TV equipment in the rooms.

There was a smell of smoke in my room, the breakfast was not fresh the bread was stale and so were the muffins. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor it took a long time for a server to bring over a menu

The room was roasting, and the radiator wouldn't turn down or off. We had to sleep with the window open all night. The restaurant was freezing and our dinner was awful--it was cold, my chicken was rubbery and took near an hour to serve us our food

It is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Clonmel. I only stayed for few hours..arriving late at night and leaving first thing. The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast.

Gym was a good size and good variety of equipment.

Rooms were roasting. Way too hot. No control in the room for temperature was annoying. Just turned off the radiator and opened the window for the night. Staff seemed to be either extremely good or extremely disengaged. From front of house to the staff working at breakfast it was the same case. Also, the Room we stayed in was oddly laid out.

The friendly atmosphere and the welcoming staff on Friday when we arrived for the wedding. The wedding room was beautiful, the food after the ceremony was lovely and the meal that bight was delicious. The staff in the lobby serving the tea and coffee and scones after the ceremony were very nice and approachable. Nothing was a bother to them. The bedrooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was also very good like the bight before. There was plenty to choose from which was excellent. The porridge and toppings were fantastic. The plates were hot, which also went down well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool, spa and gym facilities as time was against us on the Saturday. However, I hope to avail of them again in the near future. There were two functions on in the hotel on Friday nights and I noticed that the toilets were spotless. I will most definitely be recommending Clonmel Park Hotel to stay and for a wedding venue.

Comfy beds and clean rooms.

The breakfast is very average for the cost. Trying to get a drink at the bar when we returned from our evening out was almost impossible.

Good spacious clean room. Lovely food. I stayed in 225 which was wheelchair accessible and everything was perfect loads of room to move my chair and bathroom facilities were very good. Staff are very helpful.

The view out the window was just of the top of a roof.

Staff were friendly, Breakfast was very good, if something was not on display you just ordered it and they got it for you. Beds very comfortable.

Was very cold in bar while eating and I mentioned it the next morning when checking out. They apologized and said they had to get maintenance out the night before.

Room was very run down. Walls were covered in crayon and badly needed a paint. Headboard was all scratched and ripped - room just felt like it needed a good paint and update Bar was awful - only served carvery which was ok. Floor were filthy - know it was busy but still wasn’t pleasant. Very little seats. Show we went to see was fantastic but when it was over - the bar was packed and still dirty. Staff looked very under pressure. They did their best and were very pleasant and helpful. This did not seem like a four star hotel - more 2.5-3.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in.
